Cancellation and reservation policy.
During the season and high season (from July 1 to August 31 inclusive):
For all reservations, 50% of the total amount will be debited immediately:
Then:
– In case of cancellation, 7 days before the arrival date, the 50% deposit will be fully refunded.
-In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date
(before noon), the entire stay will be due. (100%)
-A modification is only possible up to 7 days before the date of arrival.
(Subject to availability and cannot reduce the stay to less than 3 nights)
– In case of early departure, the stay will not be refunded.
During the low season (from September 1 to June 30 inclusive):
For normal reservations
No prepayments:
– In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival
date, an amount corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the initial stay
will be charged to the credit card given as a guarantee.
– In the event of an early departure, the hotel must be notified at least 48 hours
before the new desired departure date. Otherwise, the entire stay will be due
(100%).
Special case: EARLY BOOKING and PROMOTIONS.
These offers are payable in full upon reservation, and are non-modifiable and
non-cancellable.
